Trade Day Rules for Vendors

Management shall designate selling areas (lots). Each vendor shall conduct business only within the confines of his/her designated lot(s).

1. Parents or guardians are responsible for minor children brought onto premises.
2. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, personal property or vehicles while on premises.
3. Lots are to be paid for before merchandise is put on display.
4. We are not responsible for accidents of any kind.
5. A vendor may be re-located if not on lot Friday.
6. No construction such as tables, racks, walls, etc. may be built on a lot without management consent.
7. Food items must be sold from a concession stand that meets the State of Oklahoma Health Department standards.
   The sale of any food item requires management's consent.
8. Management reserves the right to restrict the sale, display or distribution of any printed materials, photographs, books, paraphernalia or other representations in order to maintain a proper, moral and wholesome environment. No one shall bring upon or distribute on the grounds any political, religious or solicitant matter or handbills without proper consent of management.
9. The following will not be allowed for any reason: alcoholic beverages, loud music or amplifiers.
10. Merchandise left on the grounds is done so entirely at the risk of the owner.
11. Vendors are to pick up trash . Clean up fee assessed to vendors leaving discarded items on lot.
12. Vehicles parked illegally or on a lot not assigned to the vehicle owner will be towed at the owner's expense
13. We are not responsible for Vehicles or trailers on the grounds.
14. Renewal of lots may be made during the show for the following month. A vendor will lose their lot if not paid for by Sunday, 2:00pm.
15. Show hours are Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00pm . This is a 2 day show and all vendors are expected to be open during show hours. If you come late or leave early you disrupt the show, your fellow vendors and our customers. And you will possible be denied privledges of the show.
    Check out: To reserve your space for the next months show you will need to prepay. NO booth space will be reserved without payment. If you are unable to do a show cancellations must be made no later than 10 days prior to the show, if not you automatically forfeit you entire rental fee
